One year ago together with Jan Hasenöhrl a group of great jazzmen comprising Vít Pospíšil, Lukáš Chejn, Tomáš Uhlík and Ondřej Pomajsl played and recorded the music to Elevator to the Gallows and Mo' Better Blues. This moment, along with a Vladimir Cosma concert, served as the inspiration for a separate project – Jazz on Screen.

The concert was especially well received at the Prague Proms and will be returning at the end of the year this time as a large symphonic version.

Leading the CNSO will be Carl Davis, with music from films including Chinatown, Rocky, Hail the Artist, Cop or Hood, Three Days of the Condor, Last Tango in Paris, In the Heat of the Night, Treme, and more.
