J. J. Ryba – Czech Christmas Mass

Along with fantastic singers headed by Gabriela Beňačková, the conductor Marcelo Rota has chosen several arias and songs on the theme of the birth of Jesus Christ, a handpicked selection of spiritually uplifting compositions which offer spectators a slice of true unadulterated Christmas atmosphere.

It is hard to imagine the Rudolfinum without Czech Christmas Mass delivered by the CNSO and CNSO Mixed Choir. As has been the case in previous years, this beautiful, joyful piece will feature in the second half of the concert programme.

This charity concert for the St Vitus Organ is put together by the Bohemian Heritage Fund.
