The Hollywood Night concert returns to the Prague Proms festival once again and has become one of its most popular musical evenings over the years. Each year, it draws audiences to the Smetana Hall of the Municipal House, eager to hear unforgettable melodies from the silver screen.
This year’s programme, conducted by Steven Mercurio, features music from Titanic, The Fifth Element, L.A. Confidential, Life Is Beautiful, Good Will Hunting and The Big Lebowski. Performing alongside the orchestra will be singers Haila María Mompié and Simona Hulejová, joined by violinist Alexej Rosík and trumpeter Jan Hasenöhrl. We hope this year’s evening will bring visitors the same joy of witnessing film music performed by a live orchestra as in previous years.
With intermission. Approximate duration: 120 minutes.
